*Articles are sold as is, neither the owner or auctioneer are responsible for errors in description or condition of articles sold.
Statements made sale day take precedence over printed materials.
*The Auctioneers decisions are final.
*Auctioneers are not responsible for personal injury or harm to articles on the sale site.
*No articles are to be removed until settlement is made. Full settlement is to be made on sale day.
*GST & PST will be added where applicable.
*A 10% Buyer’s Fee will be added to the total of each item to a maximum of $500.
*We accept Cash/Cheque, Debit, Visa and Mastercard, a 3.5% convenience fee will be added to the total purchase price for credit card transactions.

What Do You Provide On Sale Day?
We provide all the necessary office supplies (tables, extension cords, etc.), 2-3 bid takers, 3 office staff, 1-2 auctioneers, the Auctioneers booth, and an upbeat excited energy for a successful sale day!
How does setup work for Consignment Sales?
Consignment sales take extensive organizing to ensure a smooth running set up and sale day. We label each consignors items with a specific color or number (depending on the number of consignors) to ensure each consignor is paid appropriately. Consignors will be given specific directions and times to deliver their items the week prior to the auction. Set up is the day before the auction sale.
How does setup work for an on site auction?
Circumstances may change from family to family. For some, it works best for the family to sort through and organize auction items. For others it works best for P&D Auctions to handle that work. We charge an additional fee for this service which would be discussed based on the circumstances.
How far does P&D Auctions travel?
We are located close to Saskatoon so provide services to towns within an hour/hour and a half outside of Saskatoon.
